Good Things Come in Threes for Pronto

Pronto has underlined its growing reputation for serving some of the best pizza around after being named finalists in THREE categories in the prestigious Scottish Italian Awards.

We won through in the Best Pizza, Best Pizzeria and Best Newcomer categories – and the best thing of all is that this is all down to our customers.

Reaching the finalist stage is only possible after customers vote for their favourite business via a dedicated Vote Form on the Scottish Italian Awards website.

Pronto owner Michael Notarangelo said: “We have the best customers. And their votes and loyalty mean the world to us.

“To be nominated in not one but three categories – with Pronto only being open for six months – is incredible.”

“But win or lose, we will still continue with our focus to serve up the best and most authentic pizzas possible every day.”

Pronto, based in Brighton Place in the heart of Edinburgh’s Portobello district, opened on April 1 and has become a firm favourite among locals and visitors to the area – winning huge praise for its pizzas made with the best Italian- imported ingredients.

Judges will now visit and scrutinse each finalist before the winners are announced at a ceremony in Glasgow in December.
