What is the difference between per person or buffet service?

When we are serving per person, each guest will receive one item of their choice which will be prepared to order. This is suited to smaller, more intimate parties (100 or less)

A buffet style serving is more suited to larger parties where we will portion up the food and serve it on a buffet table in front of the stand where guests will be able to pick and choose from different dishes. We will replenish the buffet as required for the agreed service time
