Another Happy Customer for Belmonte Catering

“Everyone thought the food was terrific.”

That was the response from a delighted client to Edinburgh street food catering
specialist Belmonte Catering hosting their Christmas event.

Real estate investment group Unbranded Capital approached Belmonte Catering
with a request to provide an extensive ‘street food style’ menu for the 60+ VIP
guests attending their private party at Jamaica Yard in Edinburgh’s New Town.

We then worked closely with them to plan and design a range of food that exactly
met their requirements.

As well as planning a selection of six gourmet hot dogs, we prepared a range of tasty
and eye-catching canapes including figs wrapped in Parma Ham, marinated feta
skewers, crab and avocado tartlets and prawn cocktail rolls. To finish, guests were
able to enjoy a hot ‘Christmas-tree shaped’ waffle with their choice of topping.
